precooked ground beef or Italian sausage, sliced pepperoni, chopped or shredded cooked chicken, sliced or chopped cooked ham, precooked chorizo sausage

sliced fresh mushrooms; fresh tomatoes; sweet peppers; green, black, and/or kalamata olives; and chopped onion  

Cheeses:

shredded mozzarella or sliced fresh mozzarella cheese; shredded or grated Parmesan cheese; crumbled feta cheese  

Herbs:

whole or torn fresh basil leaves or dried basil, crushed; snipped fresh or dried rosemary or thyme  

Garlic:

cloves garlic, minced or coarsely chopped
